If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information or crypto address, blockchain, invoice.

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

Refunds are exclusively provided in instances where there is an error on our part or if the delivery of the product is not successfully completed.

We may issue a refund upon your request if you decide to change your mind after purchasing and have not yet used or accessed our goods (doesn't apply to sensitive products).

Attempting to reverse a payment after the product has been delivered without contacting us first for assistance will lead to your Discord and/or Website account being blacklisted from our shop, meaning you will lose the ability to buy from us ever again. We will also invalidate your purchased product.

Our products that are licensed are intended solely for use within a single network environment (single device, hardware or proxy).

Users who want to use our Service on numerous networks must get in touch with us in order to explore appropriate agreements.

Users are expressly forbidden from using our products in any way that would violate copyright laws, including redistribution, reproduction, or replication.

Such conduct is prohibited under our Terms and is regarded as a crime.

Without first receiving our express written approval, users must desist from any unlawful copying, distributing, or distribution of our products.

Boosts labeled as '3 Month' will endure for a duration of 80-92 days, & those labeled as '1 Month' will endure for a duration of 21-32 days.

Always make sure to disable any anti-raid system and/or bot, as this may result in account suspension.

We cannot move boosts from one server to another.

If boost accounts are kicked/banned by a user or a bot, no refunds or replacements will be offered.

If Discord revokes or terminates the nitro from our Discord accounts, we will not replenish the boosts for you because it is beyond our control.

All tokens are tested for validity prior to refilling, thus there is no warranty that they are invalid.

Our tokens usually don't have any captcha but just in case we cannot guarantee them.

Do not use leaked tools or manual login. These are used for boosting servers with a boost bot and/or boost tool.

If Discord terms them, no replacements or refunds will be issued. This is because it is absolutely out of our control. However, we employ aged tokens, which are exceedingly unlikely to be terminated. They have also withstood multiple term waves.

Tokens labeled '1 Month' will have a duration of 21-32 days & '2 Month' with 44 to 70 days, while '3 Month' will endure 77-92 days.

If any of our tools or bots are patched, we will do our best to issue an update. If we are unable to deliver an update, we will not issue a refund or replacement.

We do our best to keep the sources of our tools and bots secure, but if one is exposed, there will be no refunds or replacements.

We retain the right to complete a project at our discretion, without providing refunds. The term "lifetime" refers to the duration of service availability while our platform is active.

You may not resell your license unless we explicitly grant you permission. Any unlawful resale of our software or tools will result in an instant license revocation with no reimbursement.

You agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

You may provide us either directly at support@mxify.cc or via third party sites and tools with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to our Service ("Feedback").

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice.

We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.

Company; as here "Maxify Studio", hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind whether express or implied statutory or otherwise including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability non infringement and fitness for particular purpose.

The foregoing does not affect any warranties which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
